My name is Louise, my speciality is to be able to design you the most amazing cake, whatever the occasion. Although Wedding cakes are without a doubt my most sought after creations, I can also make your engagement cake, christening cake, anniversary cake or birthday cake. I pay special attention to the finest detail when we consult to discuss your cake requirements.

A wedding cake should be as individual as you are, therefore my designs and ideas will inspire you and will compliment your dream wedding day and add to those all important memories. I offer both a friendly and flexible approach, I will share your own ideas and themes, and together, create a beautiful and memorable wedding cake to be admired by your guests.

My wedding cake services will also include the delivery of your cake to the venue and displaying the cake on the appropriate stands and tables etc, your guests will be amazed when they see it.

Wedding cakes are available in a choice of sponge, fruit or chocolate. Chocolate wedding cakes are becoming increasingly popular and my own recipe must be tasted to be appreciated!

A chocolate wedding cake can also make a scrumptious dessert.

I hand craft my own sugar flowers but silk or fresh flowers can also be used. My cakes are all hand piped to perfection with every detail. Another personal touch is to add themes from your wedding dress, invitations or jewellery.

I can design and make you a special cake topper, this can be made using sugar paste, clay models and a variety of other materials, to a design of your choice, the ideas are limitless. I can happily custom make any cake to your requirements and will be very glad to do so. If you have a picture from a magazine and would like me to make this for you, I can with no problem, I have been crafting cakes for over 10 years now, and have a great deal of experience to be able to assure both quality and design.

If you want something a little bit different, my specialist cupcakes are certain to deliver ! You can opt for a large cupcake as the topper with individual cupcakes tiered around my special cupcake stands. All colours and decorations can be used when making these tasty treats and again they can be used as the dessert at the reception if you would like to.

Gingerbread and shortbread cookies can be made as favours, these have always been a popular choice, there are many different designs to choose from or I can create something especially for you.
